Backcountry Packraft Rentals

Used Matt's rental pack rafts for the LaPine Loop in Bend in November 2020. Look the race was miserable (high of 22!) but the rafts were great! Perfect for this type of event, easy to transport and inflate, idiot proof (thankfully). Matt was knowledgeable, understanding, and efficient, equipment was in excellent shape, and this is my go-to source for pack rafts until I am doing this often enough to purchase one. Highly recommended.

This was the easiest rental experience I’ve had. I called them on a Tuesday and on Thursday afternoon a raft showed up on my doorstep ready for the weekend. I took it on a 40 mile/2 day trip and never had any issues with any of the gear that I rented. Then when I got home I simply dropped it back in the mail with the return label they provided. Easy! I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. Thanks again!

Matt is great to work with and very responsive. Equipment is good and arrives when it should. Easy to return, just pack it up, use the provided label and drop off at shipping office. I was a first-time packrafter and it was a great experience. These rafts are tough and stable (considering there was 45 lbs of gear lashed to the front).
