Albertsons Pharmacy

My son was prescribed a medication that 3 pharmacies did not have. I went to this pharmacy and they took the time to call the doctor to find something else they did have in stock. I appreciate the helpfulness rather than just shoving me off to another pharmacy.

Very rude and unknowledgable when it comes to drug company and insurance company coverage policies. Each employee, especially pharmacists have different rules for filling medications and what is required from the physician when writing prescriptions. They tell you medication will be ready to be picked up at a certain time and never is or they forgot to tell you that they don't have the medication in stock so they need to order it. They all stand around and stare at customers waiting in line without any of them helping anyone because they are too busy talking. Went there for years but never will go back along with not shopping at Albertsons again either.
