Walgreens Pharmacy

Another horrible experience, picked up Rx in drive thru and when I got home realized they shorted my Rx by more than half. I tried calling nothing they could do so I went back up there. In their system it showed they dispensed the entire Rx.....but they didn't so they had to check their cameras. After waiting they came back and said yes, you were RIGHT the pharmacist who was filling your Rx got distracted and forgot to put the remaining pills in your bottle. So again they messed up and I have to waste my precious time for their mistake. They are obviously over worked and under employed. CORPORATE you need to get your priorities straight.....filling RX is a HUGE responsibility and your store is failing miserably.

The pharmacy manager was courteous towards customers however the lack of training at the drop off/pick up window inside was so bad that every customers needed at least 2 staff to handle... I spent my entire lunch hour waiting standing in line to just hand them a prescription which took 2 seconds... it was extremely frustrating I understand they are busy but Walgreens definitely needs to either train better or have a different system put in place. Maybe a drop off window could be separate from the pick up.

Here waiting to pick up antibiotic and painkillers for my son after oral surgery. Been here an hour. Keep being told it will just be ten more minutes. Prescription was called in three hours ago.
