I have had the blessing of working primarily with Josh and also Sidney and Jeff with my right knee. It has been amazing to experience the progression from needing a cane to walk 3 weeks ago to today no longer needing a cane because of the strength and mobility that they have worked so diligently with me to achieve. I appreciate and am so grateful for the patience, professionalism, compassion, and commitment from Josh, Sidney and Jeff. Would most definitely recommend North Forty!!

Josh was extremely helpful in identifying and addressing the source of my knee pain (strained popliteus muscle). The treatment I received there, along with at-home rehab instructions, made a noticeable difference. I would definitely choose to go there again if a need arises.

I have been coming to north 40 to address lower back and hip pain as well as a shoulder impingement and the pain that accompanies it.nnThe care I have received is exquisite. The therapist has taken the time to address both pain relief and exercises to find relief long term. The staff is all very professional.nnI highly recommend for those seeking physical therapy.
