Lone Peak Physical Therapy

I had a car accident last July and have had constant neck and back pain since. I was referred to Lone Peak through my chiropractor after several months of treatment. I tried the dry needling therapy and it has honestly done wonders. I didn’t realize how much constant pain I was in until I had none. A month ago I would never have tried skiing because I would’ve been too afraid of the pain. After my last treatment at Lone Peak I went up on the slopes and had an awesome time! I highly recommend them for any sore muscles or lower back problems. Seeing them sure changed my ability to move, which is pretty darn amazing! Their receptionist is also just the sweetest gal!

I had chronic knee pain for about two years following an injury. It hurt to do daily activities, even walking up and down stairs. This was devastating for someone like me who has always lived an active lifestyle and found it difficult and painful to do things I enjoyed. It even started affecting my ability to sleep as staying bent too long began hurting. Finally decided to go to physical therapy and my doctor recommended Lone Peak. My consult with Ethan was free and he was able to diagnose the cause of my pain during the first session. He taught me some easy exercises to work on to heal my knee and we scheduled a follow up 2-3 weeks out. Sticking diligently to the exercises 2-3 times a day, I noticed drastic improvement by our next appointment. On our first follow up, Ethan showed me a few more exercises and how to intensify them if needed. We scheduled another follow up about 3-4 weeks out. Sticking to the exercises, by the time I went for the second follow up, my knee felt 100% better. Just finished my final consult about 2 months from my initial consult and I am still 100% pain free. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, the staff is very friendly, knowledgable and clearly dedicated to your recovery, whether it’s three visits or 100 visits. I would recommend Lone Peak Physical Therapy to anyone needing some physical therapy. I called to make an appointment and was greeted by a very friendly voice who took the time to explain how my first appointment would go and has handled all of the insurance paperwork from the start. Jay and the crew are very welcoming and listen to your needs and what you would like to accomplish with therapy.

I can’t say enough good things about the people at Lone Peak. I mostly worked with Ethan, but the entire staff is top shelf. He did an outstanding job helping me rehab from shoulder and bicep surgery. This was the first major surgery I have had that required substantial rehab so I didn’t know what to expect. He explained to me the process, goals, and timeline to make sure I understood everything. I am more than satisfied with the results I got and would recommend him and his peers at Lone Peak.

I had several shoulder dislocations and had surgery in November. 2 weeks after my surgery I was able to start my Physical Therapy at Lone Peak Physical Therapy in Billings. Within 10 weeks I was able to graduate from the program. Jay Griffith and everyone over there did an amazing job with my shoulder! I am back to working out with my team and enjoying no pain! These guys know what they are doing and they are great people!
