This is a great place. Friendly service everytime I walk in.

Been with this company for about 8 to 9 yrs one thing I like is staff is friendly. But ever since they split and became 2 locations I think it has gone down hill. The mental health locations staff need better training. And letting people know what meds they need to be picked up and what can be mailed. I’ve been dealing with them trying to get one of my meds and they finally tell me I have to get it at the other location. I’ve only stuck with them here as I can get my medications weekly in strips no other place does that and today the customer service over the phone was so rude to me that part I didn’t like either. I think the owner needs to be in more or someone from corporate or something. My doctor has even called this med in. I guess if it’s not a pill they just won’t do it. Cause they have a machine that puts the pills in i guess. I think the owner/corporate really needs to be at the new location more to find out why it’s going down hill.

Always friendly. Go out of there way to help you get what you need as much as they can. Wish they had a auto refill program & also better handling of online refill requests. LOVE the pill bottles they use, very easy to open with my bad hands & handy for keeping stuff in them after meds gone.

Wonderful wonderful WONDERFUL pharmacy but I can hardly go there because of how terrible their parking monitors are! They never clarify where I can park as if they have different opinions and get upset wherever I attempt to stop, sometimes yell. If I didn’t go there for work I would never go there just because of these horrible men and their rude manners.

I am happy here meds counted correctly and was tired of missing meds. This is only the best RX location in Billings .T.
