Teddy Bear Dental

Dubbs is a quack. As an adult, I've had several broken teeth and spent thousands of dollars on dental work due to his negligence. 3 dentists (in 2 states) have said my dental issues today are due to poor dental work by my childhood dentist. Do your kids a favor and take them elsewhere.

A review is certainly in order this morning. My six year old son woke up with a swollen mouth. Frantically, I called just about every dentist in Billings to get him in. Brewer told us to come in and we would be seen. We went in, they were incredibly rude to us and told us we had missed our appointment. We didn’t have an appointment, they told us to just come in. What a waste. Finally, I came across Teddy Bear Dental to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately Dr Dubbs is out of town but the lady I spoke with calmed my momma nerves for about ten minutes. She explained to me exactly what was going on and what to ask for when I did get him an appointment. We have to go elsewhere today with Dubbs being out of town but we will be scheduling our future appointments with Dr Dubbs. I wish I could remember her name, I want to say it started with an L. She was so kind and personable. Thank you.

Scheduling is a constant source of frustration.
