I have been to many physical therapists over the years and when I was referred to Caitlyn at Lake City Physical Therapy for bulging disc in my neck I was hopeful at best. Caitlyn not only had me doing the traditional exercise routine of PT's but she also used massage to really get things moving. While other PT's have used massage, it was always mediocre (weak handed) at best. Caitlyn was amazing! After 18 months waiting on the VA and in constant pain, she had me on the road to recovery after the first week. When my lower back flared up and I could barely walk, she had me functioning again after 2 sessions. I will only being seeing Caitlyn for any of my future PT needs.

Great place! Very helpful when you are pregnant as well!
