My new mail delivery lady leaves my packages in the ground despite me speaking to the manager about the issue because animals tore up my last package, causing damages of more than $100. I've had such a bad experience with this new person and I try not to complain but I don't know how to make it stop

The worst post office ever and I've just came from a military post where they deliver mail to way more people than they do here. With limited staff & they ACTUALLY DELIVER YOUR PACKAGES. I just got a message from Amazon saying I missed my package delivery. I did NOT miss it they never even showed up ud83eudd37‍♀ufe0f is that how this post office is run !? You deliver whatever you feel like !? The Amazon message that couldn't get to my door you can't get to a door that you can just walk up to ? I mean I don't understand. I hate paying for over night delivery which cost for my package to not show up. Get it together

Package states was delivered in mailbox package is no where to be found. Not in mailbox on ground on porch. No where.i will ask around to the neighbors. They will be getting a call Monday morning.

I really like this Post Office. Every time I have gone here they have been prompt and courteous. I do a lot of online sales so I often drop packages off here to be mailed out. They scan each and every one I bring in, no matter how many I have, so that I may get a receipt(proof) that I did, in fact, drop them off. The Post Office in Somerset(behind Wal-Mart), used to refuse to do this for me(Outside of that single complaint I have no problems with the Post Office in Somerset though - everyone there is extremely nice). I personally find it very helpful and appreciate that they make it a point to do this for me each and every time I go. Especially since I have never actually asked them to do it. They simply do it because they should and I think that's great!nnThe only complaint I have about this Post Office is it's parking lot. It is really, really bad. However, everything inside the doors, in my opinion, is top-notch. I think this Post Office is great and will continue to go there for any postal needs.
