On this day I was in and out friendly service clean place even security staff was friendly.

What I noticed most about it was how clean it was! It was also very easy to understand the process of getting a number. The security guard on duty was really nice, too.

Lines are to long the help is hateful, and expects you to do all the leg work when they work for the government.

This might be the slowest moving office on planet earth. 4 windows but only 1 or 2 are available to assist people. The workers move like sloths that have been injected with a strong dose of anesthesia. Also there needs to be someone in the lobby to educate elderly people how to use the internet so they can avoid holding up lines with something they could easily accomplish on their own via the Internet.
