Actually 0 Stars but I could not post if I did not put a star. My family and I spent a week in a house managed by Rainbow Rental. I booked this house at least a year ago. The house was beautiful. The house was very dirty and dusty. The cleaning crew needs to go back to school to learn how to clean. There was so much dust in the house 3 of the 6 of us developed breathing issues. We all have asthma and this exacerbated it. I thought when you spend $1990 a week for a house they would at least dust it.. My son moved the ottoman in the sitting room and found a coke can and candy wrappers. I wrote my name on the TV in the dust. I wrote my name on a lot of the table top furniture in dust. The windows were finger printed by little kids. I don't have little kids. We were told we would have internet and that was a lie. It worked for 2 days of our stay. We were told we would have a fireplace. and that was not ready to use. Vylinda Stark is the property manager and was not very pleasant when I called her about all of the issues. She inferred she had a cleaning crew, and when I ask about the crew she finally gave in and admitted it was one person. There is no way 1 person can clean a house this big between renters. The house was Camille's Haven Property # 421291 It's Beautiful but not well maintained. Please do your homework before renting from this company. By the way I told a lot pictures to prove what I am saying.

Kicked out in the cold with a 1 year old and a 6 months pregnant wife.nnIn December of 2014, my family rented a cabin from Rainbow Reality. We stayed a total of 2 days, 3 nights. There were no hiccups until we had to leave. Due to the negative temperatures the night before, my little Honda Civic would not start. I spent 3 hours trying to get my car running, to no avail. I ended up called a tow truck but was told it be hours until he could get to me (lots of others with the same problem). The time for us to be out of the cabin had arrived. I called the office and explained the circumstance.nCollette W. (who I spoke to in the office) seemed fine with us staying while we waited. Shortly after hanging up, housekeeping showed up unhappy to see us there and called the office to confirm the story. Housekeeping returned a few minutes later and demanded that we leave that moment and if we had a problem with that to call the office... So I did. Collette W. the demanded we leave.nI explained we had 2 cars there, 1 that was running but was staying with us just in case (and didn't have room for all of us) and my broken down Honda. We were just trying to stay warm while we waited (it was -13 degrees that morning). There were 4 of us my wife (6 months pregnant), brother in law, myself, and 1 year daughter. Collette apologized and told us to leave. She had zero sympathy.nnFAR TO LONG OF A STORY SHORT: My brother in law and I pushed my broken down car to the road. I had my family all leave because there was nothing they could do and nowhere for them to stay. I sat in my broken down car in the NEGATIVE degree weather for 3 hours because the office said they couldn't have me in the rental now that our time had expired. I froze.nn-Rent at your own risk and hope that nothing puts you in the position to rely on the office's mercy.

Rainbow Reality that rented this property to us Rental 381268 and it was a disaster Collete was very difficult to talk to she had an excuse for everything that was wrong with the home.. The pics on VRBO are many years old.The Pics depict clear access to lake front and is the reason we chose this home for our group of eight. We were there July 3-6th, 2017. We wanted to be able to launch kayaks from the lake front backyard. but was horribly overgrown with weeds, brush and trees.The home has bats living in the upstairs attics, which management was well aware of and never disclosed to us. Two main doors leading to back deck are completely broken, management also aware and never disclosed to us (fire hazard). The property was infested with mosquitos, you cannot be outside even with mosquito repellent. We are very aware of lake front properties that have mosquitos, but this was an infestation that we have never experienced. Beautiful home but has maintenance issues.After heated argument with management we did receive 50% of our rent back. I would advise making sure all maintenance issues are resolved in this rental home before spending thousands on your vacation.
