Are they even still in business? They don’t answer the phone (mailbox is full) and they do not reply to e-mail! Website as Mountain Mayhem is functional and is information only.

I've always has a five star experience at Mountain Mayhem renting machines and having work done on my sled. Kevin really out did himself this time. He met me after hours to repair my sled. I would highly recommend him for rentals and repairs.

We rented 8 sleds. They all had high mileage and were older sleds. Insurance was $50 per machine with a $1200 deductible with no signed documents or sled inspection before leaving. We also had to refill all machines prior to returning with premium fuel. Other rental places the fuel is included, insurance is $18 with $850 deductible. We had two machines that over heated on groom trails the entire day. He also Informed us we had to pack snow on the tunnel of the sleds every 15 minutes to keep them from over heating on the groomed trails. We were a family of 17 ranging in ages from 8-67 so the sleds were treated with care.nnWe also had to rent some clothing/helmets that were old and out dated.nnWe had sleds rented two more days and he did let us out of the agreement which was a good thing. He was knowledgeable about the area and did give us a detailed report of where to go. They were not busy the weekend of the Expo and we were on our way rather quickly.nnAll in the all the price and out dated equipment was the deal breaker.

This is my forth year to go. Best deals on snowmobiles and everyone at the shop are awesome to deal with. Will be back again next year.
