Osburn Gas-Mart

Just purchased an item that has a price of 99 cents right on it. It rang up for 1.09. Found out the owner is purposely raising the prices of items but not changing the displayed price. This owner is unethical and violating the law. Just imagine if he does this with all his products. A few cents here and a few cents there. It is a slap in the face to locals that supports his business. He's a thief. I reported him to Dr. Peppers consumer affairs and will be filing a complaint with the state. He doesn't deserve to own a business.
