Wonderful clinic in all aspects. Dr Bell is the best; he has been my physician for 35 plus years. He is always kind, considerate, takes the time to listen and explains things. His scribe is also wonderful; I love her!

Went there after moving here so I could get my meds transferred. When I first went to get my medications, they had listed me under the wrong person. I never looked, but I probably had all of the woman's medical information on my online portal. I immediately let them know what they had done and asked that it be fixed. About 3 months later, I asked to see a doctor, but was given an appointment with the physician assistant. I was scheduled to have blood work done (at my request). They had the wrong insurance listed and wrong blood work to be done. I walked out. Because I did not get the blood work done that I requested, they refused to refill my non narcotic thyroid medication that I was totally out of. Very scary and irresponsible.

Dr. Drury is an excellent physician and the office staff is efficient and kind. I moved to Texas 6 mo ago and healthcare has been a nightmare. I miss being a patient here.
