Efficient, friendly service. Knowledgeable staff. Northwest Family Medicine found a time when my entire family could come in: my two kids for wellness checks and flu shots and myself and husband for flu shots. They took temperatures at the door. The wait time was less than 10 minutes. Once in an examination room, a nurse saw us immediately and upon her departure, our doctor was in within minutes. All questions were encouraged and answered. Overall, the appointment(s) took less than 40 minutes.

Great place until Dr Meeka Bond marked my appt (11/19) as a workman's comp and sent me into a year long battle with my insurance company because they refused to fix their mistake. They told me they would take it back up with my insurance company, and would hang up on me when I called billings dept to find out the progress. Insurance told me there was nothing they could do. Now I have $600 in collections for their mistake they wouldn't own up to or fix. Stay away.
