This is a well-organized dental office with helpful staff. I recently switched to Dr. Schofield, and found that his advice and information was more helpful than where I had been going. It seems like he cares about your comfort and health more than about getting you back for an extra appointment you don't really need.

I broke my tooth in December and was in need of a dentist. We are new to the area and Dr. Schofield was referred to us by someone else, man am I glad they referred us to him. The front desk people were nice and friendly. When it was my turn to be seen, the staff in the back were pleasant and awesome! Because I like to crack jokes and tease people, they seemed to do the same while maintaining professional standards. It made me feel welcome and to ease some of the tension associated with visiting a dentist office. I had not been to the dentist in many years and had forgotten how painful it can be. Some changes had occurred since my last visit like a mouth prop (holds your mouth open so you don't have to). I loved this! I hated that when I had been in the past, the dentist telling you wider, wider over and over again. They just stuck that thing in there and you just sat there. They had this kind of rubber or plastic cover that prevented tons of water going down your throat as well! I also liked that Dr. Schofield had a very gentle nature about him. I think sometimes I've had the impression that dentists can be insensitive to the discomfort of coming in, but he answered all my questions and seemed very easy in his work and conversations. I could tell by my experience that if and when anyone wanted or needed a dentist, this was the place to go. I had dental insurance (for the first time in 8 years), but I did catch that they offered cash discounts and had some kind of program you could get on for self and family. I only overheard this, but am not sure on the details of it. It would be best if your interested to call the front desk and tell them Jared sent you. They will treat you right and probably ask how you kow me, just tell them we go way back and are friends on Google! Thanks
