I have nothing but good things to say about this dentist office, they are professional, courteous and do exceptional work, Dr Miss is gentle and thorough. I would give them more then 5 stars if I could !! ❤ufe0f

Highly recommend Dr. Moss as an outstanding dentist who puts patients first and provides excellent dental care! I have a patient (I am an orthodontist in another area) who was out of town on vacation north of Hayden and had an accident displacing and fracturing some of her front teeth on a Sunday (today). They called me in a panic and I reached out to Dr. Moss (I had met him 8-10 years ago - but have never seen him since) and asked him if he would look at her. He immediately responded he would take care of her right away.... dropped whatever he was doing at home with his family and met her and her family and his office immediately Sunday afternoon.nHe sent me pictures and x-rays (including 3D images - which few dentists have) -- and he had done an outstanding job placing the teeth back in place and stabilizing them.nWhen I called the family up to check on them tonight -- they had nothing but glowing reports of the excellent care Dr. Moss had provided their daughter and were so grateful for him coming in just for them.nIf you are looking for a dentist who is going to put you first as a patient and provide excellent quality dental work and care -- Highly recommend Dr. Moss !

I actually would like to give this office a 0 star. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!! The reason is that this office would not work what covered by the insurance which was bite wing x-rays, exam, and cleaning. This office took EXTRA x-ray that I didn't even aware off and didn't approve by the insurance. I called my insurance and said that the claim is in the process already. So, I called to this dental office to let them know and my insurance representative called this office twice today, too, to let this office know that the claim is in the process. It will take long time for any insurance company to process the claim, but this office threatened me to send to the collection agency.

Dr Moss and his staff are wonderful. Professional, caring and down to earth. They go the extra mile to make you comfortable... before, during and after the procedure. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental care!

The dentist is so knowledgeable, up to date and cute. The assistants are so friendly and helpful. But best of all they are so patient with an old lady!
