Silver Valley Dental Care: Benjamin Luke Byrd DDS

First things is I have never had to wait. They have always been on time. Very easy atmosphere. Every one is very nice and courteous. I don't have a very much insurance coverage a year and they work on what my priorities are as far a getting what fixed first. And don’t try to sell me thousands of dollars for a dental plan I can’t afford. The Doc is great there and very personable and easy to talk to. And last but not least I have not walked out of there in an pain, but I have walked in there with it. The only thing I thing they could work on is getting you in quicker when you are in real pain, like from an abscess tooth . Would recommend them all day long great place to go.

I have gone t several places before here and left in pain and discomfort.... I can tell you that when you come here to Silver Valley Dental care you are getting the best of the best. From the moment i walked in to when I left. They listen they care and they are amazing. I am usually nervous and scared of the Dentist but her it felt like family and i was not 1 bit uncomfortable or nervous. Thank you guys your awesome.......ud83dude01ud83eudd17

Went to have a tooth extracted. The nurses/assistants were great and the doctor was amazing. The procedure was really quick, didn't feel a thing and went home pretty comfortable. Going back for another extraction and a root canal next month.

Called Monday morning in severe pain and they cant get me in tell Friday. Guess they dont care about their patients.

For me, it was removing 19 teeth top/bottom, bone grafting in preparation for lower implants and immediate dentures. The same procedures were done for my wife: 25 teeth pulled top/bottom, bone grafting in preparation for lower implants and immediate dentures. While it was not the best time of my life, you've made it so much better with your kindness and your patience. Your attention to details and your pursuit of excellence made me realize I was in good hands. Many thanks to staff for their help, their friendly and pleasant attitude and making us feel welcome there.
