Renee is amazing and has helped so much in my recovery after my 3rd baby! I wish I could give everyone who’s ever had a baby her number because she has helped me so much.

I'm so glad I went to Renee at Snake River Physical Therapy! 2 years postpartum, I still had diastasis recti and didn't quite feel like myself. It's easy to think after having a baby that you just have to deal with the changes/damages in your body and nothing can be done. Nothing was very drastic for me, so it was brushed off as normal. But I finally sought physical therapy, just hoping.nnRenee was wonderful! In just a couple months, my diastasis recti was healed!! Using ultrasound, manual therapy, and exercises. She tailored an exercise program for me to strengthen my abs, hips, pelvis, and back, and properly breathe, since everything is connected. It was all so specific to my body and something I never would have been able to figure out on my own. It was life changing!nnPlease put your health first for a while and go to Renee. Before, during, after, and even way after pregnancy. She's very knowledgeable, compassionate, and easy to chat with while she helps you! It led me to overall better health and I'm so grateful.

Snake River Physical Therapy is very helpful to all my needs! I have multiple sclerosis or M.S. which is a very hard disease that has brought my life to a staggering hult! Casi and Renae have gone out of their way to help me. They are always positive in every way to explain the ways I can help my body progress, and get stronger! Due to a massive pelvic injury I struggled with leakage and walking. I am 41 years old and I thought it was normal, as I heard so many women joke about leaking a bit when they sneeze, cough or even laughed. I was told to do kegels and for several years I thought I was but still struggled with the leakage. I always wore a liner. When I went to Casi I learned I was doing them wrong. She used an ultrasound to teach me how to do them correctly. It was eye opening to be able to see how I was doing them and learn the correct way. Since I started doing them correctly I no longer have to wear a liner. Casi is also helping me with my gate to insure I am using my muscles correctly. Casi is great at listening to what is important to me and my quality of life. She gives great instructions and willing to modify exercises to meet my needs.
