Fall River Propane

Put in a wall heater and couldn't have been happier. Everyone was a real human to deal with, courteous , punctual and quality of work exceptional. it's nice having a company that services and installs what they sell.

From the first time we contacted Fall River Propane we have had excellent service and quick response to our needs. We really appreciate the assistance they have given us since we first started working with them.

Fall River Propane has been nothing but a hassle to deal with. After setting up monthly service for my propane tank, the company dropped the ball three different times on not filling the tank every month. Two of these times the tank ended up empty due to them not doing the monthly fill which resulted in no heat in our house in the winter. Everyone has been very nice on the phone, but everyone I talk to, managers included, I get a bunch of excuses about why what they promised was not done. I don’t like leaving bad reviews for companies, but at this point I don’t know what else to do with a recurring problem. I can not recommend this propane company to anyone if they can’t simply fill my tank once a month.

Fall River Propane has excellent customer service! They went out of their way to help us with a challenging situation. We are grateful for businesses like Fall River that care about their customers. Thank you!
