Benjamin Moore is a great quality paint, comparable to the fantastic line of Ralph Lauren paints that were discontinued. BM paints are truly one coat coverage, except in the case of very unusual existing colors on the wall or smoke damage etc. That’s a whole other ball game.nnThe gentleman helping us at the store was extremely helpful, let us take our time and answered lots of questions.nnMy husband and I have renovated quite a few homes, rental properties and our own houses. When Ralph Lauren was discontinued, I despaired. We tried the top of the line products from Home Depot, Lowes, Sherwin-Williams, Pittsburgh paints – even some by mail order such as some eco-paints. Nothing performed like Lauren’s one-coat coverage with radiance and depth of color until I found Benjamin Moore.nnI highly recommend Benjamin Moore paints and the store in Corbin, KY. You’ll find the higher price tag worth it, when you see the finished product. PS don’t forget tape well for crisp lines, and to watch YouTube videos on how to roll in one action, top to bottom, for smooth, rich results on all Type 4 & 5 wall finishes.nnARTIST: Since I was asked, raku Bon Temps Poulet (Good Time Chicken) artist is Linda Berman.
