@Sweet Pea: My name is Todd Holcomb. I served as the Volunteer and Religious Services Coordinator within the Idaho Correctional Institution - Orofino from 2013 to 2017. There is no state-sanctioned church within the prison, of any affiliation. There is, however, strong volunteer support for various Christian denominations. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints had a strong team of volunteers who worked hard to encourage the men residing at the facility and voluntarily attending their services to take ownership of the meetings. To study the lessons, to teach, to serve, etc. For a while, I believe the volunteer services were actually considered its own church or meeting. Forgive me, I never quite got the church organization down. My guess is that somebody listed this here because of that.

Is this what they call separation of church and state? I think they had better think again. Really a cult inside of the prison with a captive audience, literally. This idea should be revisited by the state.
