This was my first time to visit West Yellowstone and my stay at the Grey Wolf Inn was a comfortable one. It had a beautiful lobby with a fire place, professional and friendly staff. The breakfast had a variety of pre-packaged breakfast bars and muffins also with fresh fruit, juice machine and coffee, just enough to start your day. The rooms were clean, smelled fresh and the beautiful pictures of wildlife animals throughout the hotel were worth stopping to see. The bed and pillows made for a great nights sleep. The Inn was located very conveniently in town that had many cute shops. I would recommend and definitely stay again.nGreat first experience.

Knowing West Yellowstone is for tourists, my expectations were low. So I was pleasantly surprised by this motel. Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly service. Decent breakfast. Reasonable price. The room itself was a bit aged and our lamp was broken. Also, walls are paper thin - so bring your ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. And even with the heater in our room off we were sweltering. The drinking water filling station was a great touch, as well as the underground parking. Would definitely stay here again.

THIS AINT IT CHIEF. out motel was much better than this, some people have standardsnnWest Yellowstone is a town in southern Montana. It’s a gateway to Yellowstone National Park, known for the huge Old Faithful geyser and the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone. The park is home to wildlife like elk and bison. In town, the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center offers the chance to get close to bears and wolves. Housed in an old train depot, Yellowstone Historic Center traces local history and transportation.

The older lady working there was very friendly and recommended great places to eat. Shes the only reason why I'm giving them 2 starts. She deserves 5 but the hotel only deserves 2. As for the young lady and man that work later in the day both were very rude on multiple accounts. There was mold in the shower in multiple spots. Gross! As for our room as a whole it was nice except we were right next to the pool so we listened to people go to and from the pool along with the laundry room. Later in the night we would hear a wire cart go up and down the hallway. We had a few sleepless nights because of the amount of people going to the pool, laundry room, and the wire cart. Another big issue we had was there was no breakfast. We paid over $150 a night and when I booked I was told there was breakfast. I understand having to accommodate for covid but a lot of hotels are doing togo bags. Thats not the case here. Overall we were expecting a little more especially for the price.
