Was very unprofessional at being a management company. Consulted with an attorney and they did a lot of things wrong. Would go elsewhere for a management of your property.

I have to disagree with Mr. Cutler above. We did manage his property and he chose to sell it with a lease still in place, so we were forced to re-locate the tenant. We were then told not to get it cleaned and were subsequently presented with a $400 cleaning bill when I had already been in there, taken pictures, and determined that it would have been about a 3 hour clean as the property is a tiny, 1 bedroom park model modular sitting on blocks. We do not take advantage of tenants and are not willing to gouge them when given egregious, vastly overpriced bills for services.

Worst experience ever. I would not recommend having my property listed with them ever. I would have been better served if I did it myself.
