Tamarack Resort

We had an amazing time. The accommodation was amazing.nThe kitchen was FULLY stocked to cook or bake what ever you wanted. Lifts were a breath away and so convenient for having two little ones.nStaff was great as well! Nice and friendly!! Can't wait to come back.nBRING your food to cook, NOT much at the resort yet.

The resort is great, facilities, accommodations, ambiance... all great but, the most spectacular and meaningful part of the time spent here, for me and my family, is undoubtedly, the people.nIt is a rare experience to encounter such a magnitude of exceptional people, in an array so varied.nI truly can not express how wonderful, friendly, caring, generous, thoughtful, helpful, kind and authentic the people of this lovely resort are.nI will forever be thankful for the gracious people of the Tamarack Resort; Ann & her very special front desk crew, Ski Resort full of nice & happy people, fanatic Ski Patrol, the genuine & super guys running the Tamarack Express Chair Lift , Morgan at the Sports School & Jefe the Ambassador, and definitely unforgettable...Pete with Tamarack Security.

My review is solely based on the skiing aspect of the resort. We went today and the snow was great, powder all over the mountain, and staff was great. We parked at a lower lot and the shuttle was timely and created no real problems to complain of. The only improvement they need to make is faster check in at the base runs. Scanning everyone in takes too long and if you have skiied anywhere with auto-scanners you know they are far superior. Overall this mountain gave a great experience and I will definitely go back!

Their website is deceiving. We had guests who bought the Express pass online and we all thought there was a discount off of $85 on subsequent visits. Not so. You need to read the fine print. They need to fix their site!!! Brundage is much more straightforward.

We were there just before they closed for the season. No crowds, long runs, nice bowls and glades. East facing, so snow softened early for beautiful Spring conditions. We booked for next year on the day we left. Only limitation resort may have is that most slopes have same East facing aspect, so if conditions were not good, you would not have option to try different facing aspects.
