Free dry disbursed camping on the reservoir and a clean bathroom. As always with campgrounds, you should arrive when there is still light so you can see your options. There are 4 entrances off the main road. We took the 2nd and got one of two flat spaces against the trees on the water. Beautiful. I had brought gloves and a garbage bag so we spent some time cleaning up the area before we left. Rivers and drinking can result in trash. Leave campsites cleaner than you find them.

A very nice dispersed camping area in Hells Canyon. The camping area offers river (lake) access and a couple of very clean pit toilets.

Lots of fun! Camping, Boating, Swimming, Hiking. We did see a couple of deer close to camp and fresh bear droppings next to camp. but the bear didn't bother us. The weather was perfect for our family get together. Will definitely visit again.
