I have used Inwest Title and Raynee Parker on two occasions. The first occasion was awesome, so we used them again for the sale of our home. It could not have a been a worse decision. They offered to hold the equity of our home in their account instead of having to wire the money to our account and worry about needing to get cashiers checks made, etc. for the purchase of our home. We thought that sounded pretty nice, so WE SIGNED A DOCUMENT saying that they would hold our equity until we closed on the purchase of our new home. We just found out that they transferred all the money into our account without telling us, and that the money had been in the account for 20 days without us knowing. This is an account we created special for the purchase of this home that we weren't checking because we were supposed to know when anything would be deposited into that account. We could have lost all TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS of equity without knowing it was even in there because of Inwest's incompetence. The MOST frustrating part of everything is that when we called Inwest and Raynee to try and explain why this was a problem and needed to be addressed so it never happened to anyone again, they didn't care at all. They refused to see how this was at the very least unprofessional and refused to even accept that they had made a mistake. Because of what they have done WITH MY MONEY we may now have to pay extra taxes and may lose some equity from the sale of our home. I wouldn't trust them with your money or mine. Save yourself the headache and use a professional.
