Super helpful staff, appropriately masked during Covid. Store is meticulous, always helpful recommendations. Paint is worth the cost as it's outstanding.
As a contractor I look for Sherwin Williams stores however you should keep diving past this store. I dropped off sample for a color match at 9am and was told to come back at 3pm I called and was told 4 pm at 5 pm I went to the store. And was told the next day by 10 am. at noon I called and was told 2 pm the store closed at 4 so I called at 3 pm and was told that they did not have any quart paint to mix so they were not going to do the color match? I said why didn't you just tell me this yesterday? and the employee hung up on me ? Great customer service all around ! now I'm 3 days behind on the project. All the store needs to do is call me and tell me that they cant do it and they keep a customer.
Always a good service. The materials are top quality. I use a lot of their materials on a daily basis.
Ryan did a very good job! He assisted me with questions regarding my contractor pricing and was very helpful.
