The technician was very nice but they overcharged me about $300 more than what was expected. Told me I paid for the drive time for the tech to get home. I'm a struggling ice cream shop in the middle of winter. I am down to my last few dollars in my bank account and they refused to correct for the errors. When they gave me a small discount, they said they could apply it as a credit and did not offer to send me a check for the difference of their error. Beware of this company.
Although the work was actually contracted through our landlord, we were still billed for 7 hours and a total of $590.79 to tell us that we were using to good of filters for are furnaces and it was due to operator error. Note we had not changed our operating procedure for the last 2 years and had never had this problem prior. Three trips to our business to determine it was the filters and I was using a to high quality air filter. I changed our filters once a month. Spoke with a representative from company who stated that this was between me and our landlord to work out. I would recommend going elsewhere. Save your money and find a better company,
We use them for our business and they are awesome.
Awesome Company! I had an emergency situation where they were able to fix my equipment quickly and efficiently. From the first phone call to picking up my oven, the entire staff was kind considerate and caring. They even gave me a fresh cup of ice water. Above and beyond!
