I have to lie today & say I give 1 star to Cinnamon Hills Nightmare Experience. This is no Camp Snoopy, folks. The kids that survive this institution are left with post traumatic stress disorder coupled with serious addiction issues, as a rule. This manifests itself differently in each person as they become young adults, trying to put behind them, forget what mental anguish, physical & emotional scars they live with-if you could call it that. Many of the young adults thatve done a tour at Cinnamon Hills have a very real drinking problem, coupled with other substances, trying to enhance some semblance of relief. Much of the time these staff members at this facility do the opposite of what they, in their warped minds, think they're doing-what they are initially hired on to to accomplish. And believe-K N O W-what I want to say is on a whole other level of viciousness, loathing, seeing the wonderfulness bestowed on my young adult who needed a real, actual & EXPERIENCED P R O F F E S S I O N A L ' S help and guidance to actually heal-not the violent gladiator toughest not-love approach which is unleashed upon the poor kiddos. They have a literal field day of unholy, unruly beatings & neglect to succumb to in order to earn their way into the really not all that, so-called good graces of their unscrupulous overseers. Seeing the owner having commented that people can sue all they want to bc they'll run out of money before I do was very sickening but not surprising. That man, I am certain, has his own demons & the only thing that consoles me, his very own karma, to contend with this life. Bravo, Sir. You're aware of the atrocities taking place at your fabulous reform school & living lavish from its dividends. What a pillar you are-how do you do it? Answer: at the cost of countless young lives destroyed bc you have no time to spare on such trivial things similar to holding your ENTIRE STAFF TO A STRINGENT SET OF RULES & REG.S, A LISTING OF HARD & FAST RULES TO NEVER, EVER DEVIATE FROM, BC DOING SO WOULD RESULT IN A RECKONING WITH ANOTHER HIRE YOU NEED TO MAKE, SOMEONE WITH THE MOST ETHICAL OF STANDARDS WHO WILL TOLERATE ZERO UGLINESS INFLICTED UPON THE CHILDREN YOU PRIVATELY-OWNED, REPREHENSIBLE INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR EMOTIONALLY SCARRING-FOR LIFE. If only I could be there, along with my strikingly beautiful, razor-sharp intelligent daughter, a Cinnamon Hills survivor, to see you meet up with something that levels the playing field then leaves nothing of you but a pair of feet. I could hope Lexi-& the rest of our entire family-could rest at night better. That'd surely heal us in that instant-enough to live long enough to see the same fate come to all the rest of the leagues that bodily & emotionally nearly killed her. TAKEAWAY: DO NOT CHOOSE THIS SPOT FOR YOUR BELOVED LITTLE CHILDREN OF THE CORN! IT IS A SLAUGHTERHOUSE. This place will leave your youth in crisis in need of years of therapy just to learn to cope with the memories of their tour there-like when soldiers were drafted into the Vietnam Occupation. Dont believe their hype! Its all lies. I know. Lexi has an idemic memory & remembers everything.
Don't send your children here. Bad reviews for a reason.
