Set near the Casino and Shopping areas of Tahoe, this Arena is a beautiful walk amongst nature whilst staying close enough to civilization that you can enjoy it then go for a stroll or visa versa. Large open area surrounded by trees and nature, gorgeous sunsets and I believe during snowy days they have a mogul area for family fun and sledding. Fun for all ages.
Amazing venue, easy access and beautiful scenery! Nothing beats a summer concert to end of a great beach day. There is always some great talent to see during the summer concert series!
Tired casino hotel... They still allow smoking in the casino which permeates up the lifts and stinks out the bar and restaurants. Horrible. Great for a stag weekend but not the place for a few days with the wife. We actually paid twice to book a suite across the road in a California hotel which was much nicer. If you like the casino atmosphere then fill your boots, but I can't recommend staying in the hotel. Gordon - disappointed with your choice of location for Hells Kitchen. The restaurant is FAR classier than its location....
Of all of the outdoor concert arenas in the greater Sacramento / Tahoe region, this one definitely had the best sound quality that I have experienced. They also had LARGE high def video screens of the on stage action so that you had a good view from most all seats in the house. The plastic seats on the floor could use a bit of an upgrade but it was tolerable for a 2 hr concert. More of an effort should have been made to let women know in advance that they would not be allowed to bring purses into the arena.
Very Spacious. They pull in some great entertainment. I wasn't too happy about the purse policy, but my bag was just small enough to make it through, so now I know. The set up was easy to follow and we quickly found our seats. I love the big screens they make viewing more enjoyable and the sound was great.
