Physical Therapy Specialist

I'm a military disabled veteran who underwent an L4-L5 fusion... due to the high ratings and some recommendations from a few friends I decided to go with this physical therapy location however it was a nightmare. Not only did I end up having to do all the leg work for their office in regards to calling the VA, calling my insurance, and even having my Dr. Rewrite the physical therapy order to include their name (which they required even after my VA rep said she called and explained that the appointments where covered under my post op care) I still was not followed up with.nnWhen I finally did speak to a lady to make an appointment she was not brought up to speed and both times said that the lady who deals with insurance is there in the mornings and had already left... therefore she really did not know the situation... she was going to try to schedule me, but could not schedule me until November... my surgery was August 14th and I went in about a week after... its now September 8th. When I found out about the long wait as well as the confusion in regards to the insurance problems and lack of communication or follow up I decided to call Bodywise Physical Therapy, who got me an appointment next week and said they would call and sort insurance out on my behalf as thats their job.Thank goodness.nnIf you have triwest or tricare I would not waste your time in trying to make an appointment with this company. I wish I could have written a great review... unfortunately not.

Over my years of tournament water skiing, I have incurred various injuries, some of which required physical therapy. Physical Therapy Specialist was recommended by my doctor early on, and after my first experience there with Bill Wall, I always request PTS if my injury requires physical therapy . The friendly professional experience there coupled with the top notch facility and Bill's knowledge and rehab planning gets me back on track usually before the allotted sessions end. My wife has also seen Bill after major rotator cuff surgery and she regained 100% range of motion and strength in her shoulder. We always recommend Physical Therapy Specialist/Bill Wall to our friends.

Bill Wall is a superior physical therapist. He has treated me three times over a period of 15 years and I have been more than pleased with the results each time. Bill is a consummate professional who thoroughly understands the human body and how to treat what ails it. He is also compassionate, kind, and conscientious. There are not enough superlatives to describe Bill. He's simply the best. And did I mention his magic hands? Wonderful hands, loving heart. After I had total knee replacement I had to have physical therapy. Bill Wall is very low-keyed and professional at all times. His office staff is also friendly and professional. Bill helped me gain the mobility of my knee in a relatively short period of time for which I am grateful. If I ever require PT in the future, it will definitely be with Bill!

So grateful for the team here. James has encouraged me on a journey to improved balance and mobility. We have made great strides in a relatively short time and I’m excited for the progress ahead!
