Very friendly and helpful, pharmacy associate at the pick up window in the evenings. Both visits have been professionally handled, in a timely manner.

There are two Walmarts in town. This one is the worst of the two as its busier and more dirty. The pharmacy is the worst experience. It takes them hours to fill scripts. They don't respond to the drive up. Do not go to this pharmacy unless u have hours to spare.

The cashiers were not friendly and seemed like they only cared about helping the next person in line instead of answering any questions. The pharmacist was the worst. When I asked where I could get a small volume nebulizer because they didn’t carry them, she told me to look it up. Said she didn’t know and needed to help other customers. Very rude, zero customer service.

Pharmacist at Walmart refused to fill a Tramadol prescription I brought in as a paper script from my longtime doctor at Tahoe Fracture & Orthopedic Clinic. The pharmacist assistant was very rude and treated me like a suspicious addict instead of a respectable 68 year old woman with severe back & knee pain, who has never abused any medications in my entire life. Confusing, Insulting and scary experience! I am still upset because Walmart pharmacy has recently implemented new policies on dispensing ANY opioid or synthetic drug or charging extremely high prices if they do fill the prescriptions. Patients beware ! Most all of the pharmacies in Carson City are following Walmart’s precedent. If possible stop using these drugs if you can, because Walmart and Savemart are using the same new Chinese manufacturer of bunk pseudo Norco to unsuspecting seniors over 60. I lost $85.00 because my refill was making me very sick, tasted super sweet instead of bitter, and gave me headache, nausea & vomiting & a zombie like trance without relieving my pain!nnIt’s becoming unsafe to trust your longtime Walmart or any other pharmacist for anything anymore, including antidepressants, anti anxiety meds, anti seizure meds, anti inflammatory non-NSAIDs, muscle relaxants or nerve sedatives, also some sleep meds. How this will curb the Opioid Crisis is unknown.
