Simply awful in every way.nThey do not do what they say they are going to do. They seldom take or return calls in a reasonable time frame. They do not keep the schedule they say they will. They do not keep the client informed of the status of things. They leave important documents out.nRude incompetence was the overall theme of our experience.nThere are many choices of escrow and insurance agents in the area. Do not make the mistake of using this one.

I just want to say thank you. We use Mary Kelsh and Emily Tobias for our escrows quite a bit. They are wonderful to work with. Mary is always on top of everything. My trust in them is 100%. Thank you Ladies. And to everyone at the First American Title Insurance, as a team. We appreciate you.

I was able to contact 'Mary' a title officer there and she was very helpful in discussing the issues of a particular neighborhood. She didn't give me the brush off when she found out I was not an immediate profit center. She was as forthcoming as possible and I felt very well served.

I just spoke with Kathleen and Natalie. They were both very kind and very helpful. It was an excellent experience.

I recently sold my home and there were some special circumstances involved. While this made the process a little different than normal, I felt that the title company didn't want to do their job. There was little to no communication and deadlines were not met because of this. My realtor and lawyer had to step in and perform tasks that any title company would be expected to handle. I would not recommend this title company to anyone selling their home. I worked with this title company in Carson City and never had any issues or problems. I would suggest them to anyone.
