Great Owner's, excellent and competent friendly Staff, this place is wonderful! Amenities include gas, propane, Uhaul rentals (trucks & trailers), a mini market convenience store and it is centrally located in Gardnerville. You won't be disappointed!

I have been coming here for years. Such a wonderful family owned business

After this experience I will no longer use U Haul, not for the $15 they incorrectly charged me but for the poor service and principle. I rented a 6x12' utility (open) trailer to transport my motorcycle and some luggage for a day. I returned the trailer a few hours early, unhooked it in their lot and went to the office to officially check out, where I was told everything is good you can go. Later that night (last night) I noticed a $15 dollar charge on my card. I called this morning and the person I spoke to indicated that the manager have checked the trailer and documented/photographed some sand and gravel in the trailer and this was a cleaning charge. And the manager would call me within the hour to discuss. Never got a call. When I checked the trailer I did not see piles of sand and gravel and my motorcycle and luggage certainly did not have any on them. It may have got there from the folks at this office or from driving in their sand and gravel lot My family, company, and I have used U Haul regularly for many years. No more -- stay away!
