This clinic by far is one of the very best I have been to and thankfully Elko needed this desperately!! There is a lack of OBs here and they have helped fill this need! The whole staff is laid back, very caring, professional and on point!! Dr Cooper is whom ended up delivering our baby daughter and we couldn't be more thankful!! She stays on site when she is on call and thank goodness because my daughter came within minutes from a 7 to ready to deliver, and had Dr Cooper not been staying there, the nurses and my hubby would have been catching baby!! I commend and HIGHLY recommend this clinic!!!! Thank you for Excellent Care Team! Well Done!!

So I recently moved from Tuscon to Elko in February. When I moved here I was 38 weeks and 2 days later I had my son. Dr. Copper delivered me and she was AMAZING. This was my first pregnancy and she did a fantastic job. So I wanted to continue with her and the best part is that my son's pediatric doctor is right next door. I call to make the appt only to find out that I can't bring my son with me, they don't allow kids under 14. I wasn't given a reason as to why, just a flat no. I don't have friends or family here and my husband is the only provider and just started a new job. So he really can't take a day off. I am a bit disappointed that they wouldn't work with me, especially because I really wanted to stay with Dr. Cooper. I couldn't even get my 6 week postpartum check because of it. The girl on the phone just said if I felt bad I can just go to the ER. Which felt like oh well your not our patient so not our problem. Anyways, wish they would change that policy, I mean what if I was a single mother. I worked at a doctor's office for 3 years in Florida and that is very poor patient care. Good luck to any new mommas!!!

I have had a surgery in that hospital that went very well. The doctor was amazing and the nurses were so helpful and sweet. I’d also been taking my son to the pediatric center at that same hospital for the past 2 1/2 years and have loved the nurses, staff and pediatricians. However in the women’s health center there is this absolutely vile front desk person working there by the name of Brianna I believe? A very rude, snotty, skinny blonde haired female. She is the most inconsiderate, half witted, unprofessional little girl that I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. I will never be going back there for any services for myself or my child because of her. I recommend replacing her with someone of higher value and common courtesy as she obviously has none.

If you want the worse possible care during your pregnancy and a great chance of death due to negligence this is the doctors office for you.nnAll staff members are not trained properly nor have the common knowledge or decency to be in the line of care. Run for your life.

This is by far the best hospital I have even been in. I just had my daughter and the entire staff is INCREDIBLE!! The OB nurses are so amazing!!! Beyond words!! They are sweet, helpful, thoughtful, professional and caring. If I have anymore children , no matter where I am, I'm coming back to this hospital. Most amazing birth experience and kinda sad to go home honestly. :( hands down best hospital!!!!
