Absolute Dental - Topsy

I went in for teeth whitening and I absolutely love the office staff! Jennifer greeted me right away with a smile and made me feel at ease. Amanda happily answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Jill did my whitening and she was very friendly and thorough. She made sure I was comfortable for the length of the procedure and that I got the outcome I was looking for. I am very pleased to say that I am now the proud owner of some pearly whites! Thank you Absolute Dental! I will definitely be back when I need a touch-up!

My daughter Natasha was seen with Jill and she loved her! Jill was able to do her cleaning and sealants the same day! Which made things much easier for me. I would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you for making my daughter feel comfortable in the chair.

I equate the experience of going to absolute dental like eating at the cheapest hotel buffet. The lowest of low end professionalism from the staff and food!nThey ABSOLUTELY do not answer the phone nor do they return phone calls. As of this writing, i have been calling and waiting for a call back for 2weeks nownThey ABSOLUTELY do not make you feel like they know what they are doing as they only want to do whats best monetarily for themnThey ABSOLUTELY don’t care as they change and cancel appointments on a whim with no rhyme or reasonnnYou should ABSOLUTELY weigh your options before you go down their third world practice of dentistry

Amanda was wonderful. The gal who worked on me was gentle and made my experience painless. Her assistant was a funny and helpful. Above all, my repair was free even though there was no implied guarantee. Overall great staff here. I will return.

Management that refuses to take responsibility for their actions. My partner has left 3 voice-mails for the manager. They do not call back. They over charged her for x-rays of one tooth and are refusing to give her money back, or provide the actual service she paid for.nnLong story short, they charged her the price of a full set of x-rays, then only xrayd one tooth. When we tried to bring it to their attention, they ignored us.nnEssentially this location is misleading the public. Be careful.
