I am new to the area and tried this church today because it is non denominational and said to have nice music. It is a beautiful building and the singing was very very nice. That is where the two stars come from. I really did not care for this pastor. He talked about sin, sin, sin. Bible verses were plucked out to highlight sins and the whole sermon seemed to be discussing sin. It felt very judgemental even though the pastor was talking about love, it felt more like JUDGE. I will not return, I left feeling like I need to go get baptized somewhere again. Sorry, I really wanted to like it.

Never want to leave this church! From day one everyone has been so helpful. So funny. Loving. Knowledgable and understanding. Love every single person in there. Great place to praise the Lord

I found a welcoming home in this great place of worship. God has really blessed Carson City with this wonderful church. It is like putting on a coat that fits, is warm and is so soft and wonderful that you never want to take it off. Worship at Calvary Chapel and feel the power of Jesus shining in your heart.
