We had completely given up on ordering BLT sandwiches from restaurants because the ratio never seems right...until today! Not only was it fairly priced but the bacon...OH MY LORD THE BACON ud83eudd24. We also got a strawberry cream puff that was to die for!nWe absolutely love this place and will definitely be back!
Always a pleasant experience when I buy fresh pastries, Apple Strudel, mocha canolii's , so delicious & fresh. What a treat to have the Finest Bakery in Minden, NV.nTuesday was my day out, weather was Windy and Cold, lunch was exceptional at Schat's Bakery, not crowded 1:30pm.nGrilled chicken club sandwich on a ciabatta roll that the bakery makes.nString French fries & Kosher Pickle. Large portion for lunch next day.
The breads are awesome, the bakery goods are to die for, but....i wish the sandwich makers would read directions. In this day of take out it would seem accuracy doesnt count
Pros: any and every type of bread to buy, breakfast burritos, cute interior.nnCons: a ton of people, 25 min wait time on a sandwich, cubano was sad looking and hard to justify spending $12 on. Likely won’t be back for a sandwich until seating is completely open. Don’t go here at lunch time if you’re afraid of covid... I’ll be back before closing to buy the bread and skedaddle.
Great addition to Minden and community!! Loved the coconut macaroon and asiago cheese bread!! Great friendly service!?
