I did not get the name of the woman who helped me find my new kitty today, but the whole experience was much easier and more straight forward than I anticipated. The woman was very friendly and helpful. I would definately recommend adopting from here. And the kitty is awesome, already warming up to me and the roommates, you can tell the animals are treated very well here.

Got lucky and adopted Gurtie, a Plott Hound Mix about 2 years ago in October.

I saw this cutie-pie of a dog online and immediately called the shelter to see if she was still there. She was so I grabbed my 2 kiddos and we went to meet her. She turned out to be the sweetest dog I ever met. She was a stray, but extremely loving and gentle with my 7-year-old. We cannot imagine how we functioned without her. The staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions.
