Lovely HQ for Appalachian arts. Crafted items: pottery, leather, metalworking, visual arts, jewelry, & bath products that are gallery quality. Beer on tap, convenience refreshments, and spacious event venue also on premises.

Lots of incredible, and fun items. I was looking for something particular that they had at one time but did not carry anymore. They showed me how to get in touch with the artist who made the item I was looking for and we're super happy to do so. Highly recommend for fun gifts.

The Mountain Arts Gallery is more than just a great place to get local fine art and gifts, it also has a great mission! The Gallery curates the rich arts and culture of the Kentucky Mountains in a convenient location off I-75 and assists local artist market their amazing work. It's not overpriced or too expensive-- there are gifts at all price points, from soaps and bath bombs all the way up to fine oil paintings--all for a good cause. Be sure to check it out!
