This was my first time using this facility/ service and it was a great first experience. I dropped my coat off to have it dry cleaned and the woman that I dropped it off with was very nice. She gave me an estimated date/time to pick it up and they met that deadline. My coat looks amazing and I will be returning. Thank you!
Red Hanger (SLC downtown) is the fastest dry cleaner/laundry in the West! We took 6 shirts and 2 suits in at 4 p one day and they were back to pick up at 2:30p the following day! Incredible!! And everything was clean and pressed. I even got a text offering free delivery if that was more convenient for me. They have earned my business.
Not impressed with my first experience. I called in before bringing my shirt in for a dry cleaning asking if it would be ready by the next day (Saturday) since I needed the shirt Monday and they aren't open Sundays. I was told it would be, but I came in right before it closed Saturday and the lady told me even though today was the promised date, she didn't have it for me. I just had that one item. When I went to pick it up Monday morning, the person handing it over noticed it hadn't been pressed. So she took care of that and it was ready in about 5 minutes. Two stars because I got it in time in good condition for my interview.
Tara the manager is very responsive & attentive. I am a loyal customer I drop my cleaning off weekly.
I took my new suit there and they got the wrinkles out, but they put a safety pin in the jacket and it went through the fabric 🤦♂️ So now I’ve got a couple of tiny holes in my suit. Not something I think is worth getting reimbursed for, but Red Hanger, if you could maybe use something else besides a safety pin, so it won’t puncture the fabric, that would be great 😊
