Rio West Mall

Back in the day this was where everyone in Gallup had to be. Memories of weekend cruises going round n round the mall blasting music til closing time. All the best stores are gone. Its only but a memory.

Big empty place at 1100 hrs on a Tuesday. Not sure how they stay in business. Maybe busier in evenings or weekends. Lots of parking, though, and always feels safe. I suppose the mega-Walmart 2 blocks over sucks away their business, as that Walmart is always a zoo.

Placed an order with Double U Burgers, picked up curbside. Food was great. Very satisfied.

Good place to walk but no sitting eating allowed inside because of covid just fyi
