Bright Star Dental

I came to the office for my usual check-up on Tuesday 11/17/2020. The new office procedures and equipment made me much more comfortable being around people during the pandemic. There are less patients in the office and spread apart well. Their new air filtration system seems amazing and the hygienist was constantly changing gloves after touching different surfaces. Jennifer is the best hygienist, so professional and caring. Turns out I needed some work done. Dr. Gilbert is so attentive and very thorough with explaining what needs to be addressed. I came in today, 11/19/2020, and Andrea and Dr. Gilbert did a great job! Andrea was so attentive and nice, Dr. Gilbert very efficient. This is by far the best and most caring office to come to. I, literally, always enjoy coming here.

This office is amazing. They are all so friendly and kind. The hygienist are extremely gentle. The receptionist Veronica is so friendly! She makes everyone feel welcome! I also love the consistency of the employees. The extra measures that they have tsken to keep us safe is amazing!

I travel from El Paso TX to see Dr. Brian Gilbert and his entire staff at Bright Star Dental because they are highly skilled, caring, informative, just an overall professional team. Their concern has always been about providing the highest quality care and comfort of their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Brian for all your dental needs. It’s definitely a one stop shop, everything is done in Dr, Gilbert office from cleaning, dental procedures, to making and fitting crowns all in his office in one visit. Awesome job Dr Gilbert and to his team.

Bright Star got me in before my appointment time and never made me feel like I was on a conveyor belt like some dental offices. The precautions they took to ensure the environment was sterile and safe were well above my expectations. Having the confidence of knowing I am safe and working with one of the best dentists in the state, provides the comfort level I need to make and keep my appointments. Great staff with great customer service. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable while taking ALL the necessary Safety procedures. Jennifer is amazing and makes the experience that much better. Would recommend to everyone!!
