Today my daughter went in to fix a tooth that was bothering her, they are such a great team! They all work together and always made sure my daughter was comfortable in the chair by showing her the tools being used, and really talking to her about what’s going on!!

Before the first COVID shutdown, I was seeing these guys because I had a tooth that needed a root canal. The day of the very first shutdown, I had an appointment and the doctor decided to keep me and constantly work on my teeth for three hours straight.nHe put on temporary caps, and all was good. The next day, I woke up to almost 30 sores in my mouth.nSkipping to now, the tooth that the doctor did a rushed root canal is now falling out of my face, and its towards the front of my mouth so when it eventually falls out it will be SUPER noticeable.nnThey had been calling me for weeks and when I finally answered them about my annual cleaning and I explained why I didnt want to see them anymore (nicely) the lady on the phone was super rude and hung up on me.nnNever go to these guys. Especially if they arent cleaning their equipment properly. My aunt is a dental assistant and when I told her the story, she was not only appalled but angry at the quality of care in which I recieved.

I'm an older kid in ortho... lol! I had an acrylic expander placed a few months back, it was hard to floss. Needless to say I got a cavity. Dr Alex and Cassandra were phenomenal!!! The teamwork between the two was great, never skipping a beat making the visit smooth and painless. Yes, I said painless!!!! Thank you !!!

Let me share my story. At a young age I lost my teeth now into my 40s I have realized how important teeth are. I realized it years ago but was unable to obtain a decent dentist that waS honest and willing to help figure out my budget needs. Well I am thankful for Dr J Isaac Rhodes for giving me my amazing smile and confidence back.nnThank you all for your amazing and kind attitudes

Long wait times. If you schedule an appointment for 8am and get there at 7:45, you still wait at least an hour before you're taken back. People who arrive for appointments AFTER yours get taken back first. Overall, you spend at least 2-3 hours there, which is INSANE. My son and husband have the same name, but they don't have a system to avoid errors. My husband's appointments ALWAYS get cancelled because they saw my son months before and can't tell the difference. Scheduling is a mess. They give you a card when you check in with your next appointment on it, but when you go in for that next appointment, the time is almost always different, which adds more waiting. They don't verify what's covered by your insurance. Every time we go, we're given fluoride, which is NOT covered by our insurance, and they charge us for their mistakes. We will not be going back. I do NOT recommend this place unless you want to waste hours of your day.
