Mountain View Dental

I think you have GREAT staff from the assistants to the dentists. I've always been happy with the care I have received.nnThe part that is a little overboard is the amount of text a patient gets. One perhaps a week away and then the day before is good. I appreciate the reminders but this last time it was way too much - 6. Also, most patients come every 6 months and so EVERY 6 months you have to sit down at a computer and not update - but start from scratch with ALL your information. It should be an UPDATE only.

I dunno if they'll see this, but I had a root canal today with Darcie and Dr. Slade (which is such a cool name actually). I can be kinda obnoxious and a lot to handle, but they were seriously absolutely wonderful. Darcie is super funny and very quick to react and great at multi-tasking - and the same can be said for Dr. Slade.nnHe was very knowledgeable and kind, and I really loved hearing Darcie ask him questions and learning stuff. It was a super endearing and overall absolutely wonderful experience, and even if my tooth is sore enough that it feels like the hornets of Hades hath descended upon me, I can't stop smiling.nnEveryone from Darcie to Dr. Slade to literally everyone at reception and everyone that just popped in was kind, empathetic, and brilliant individuals. Truly the best of the best, and I hope their days continue to be plentiful and wonderful.nnNever thought I'd say it, but I'm excited to go see the dentist.nn:) Thank you so much!!!nnLove Always,nnMason

The people are very friendly and got me back pretty quick after filling out the paperwork. They explained everything thoroughly and what my options are and we are going to start at first. They made me feel very calm. I didn't have questions at the time but that will probably change when it comes down to see what's the best option for me. They even let me know what I can do with the back teeth that are missing and how we can fill in the gap. I was very pleased with everyone. Even the dentist called me before my appointment to introduce himself. I've never had anyone do that so I felt confident that he knows what he's doing.

I was so impressed my first time going to Mt. View dental and that started before even showing up for an appointment. Although a lot, I can’t even complain about the constant appointment reminders... I must’ve gotten 3-4 leading up to my appointment as well as a call so there is literally no reason to be a no show they cover it all! Speaking of thorough I did miss the call but got a VM the day before from Dr. Griffin which I thought was an amazing touch for sure. I did spend about 45 longer there than expected my appointment was about 2 hours BUT again I can’t even complain because everyone was so friendly and attentive, I’m just thankful I left myself enough time in my work day to work around the appointment. If you get the chance to request a hygienist Ashley is a dream, super gentle but thorough and really sweet. It was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had in a few years now and they’ll definitely be keeping my business!

I would like to submit an Excellent review for Dr Peterson for his professionalism, he and his assistant did a great job. The internal tooth bleaching had a perfect result, for an affordable price. I really like the meticulous care COVID safety procedures. Friendly and responsible staff like Alexis. One of the administrators who works with patients to find the best dental work plan.
