I want to express my deep appreciation to the staff of PT for their genuinenfriendly and patience treatment of me for the past 10 months. I feel compelled to mention Alexander Griego as the best professional and kindnperson I`ve known in my 70 years to take such a personal interest in me,ngoing out of her way to make me feel appreciated even though my injuryncould not improve very much. She as well as all the PT`S ARE GREAT

We have been coming here for my wife's knee. Up until today I have been able to go to pt with her and she likes it and so I. It helps me see what they want her to work on for the week so I can help her.nnThis week we started to do it like normal only to be stopped at the door to be told it was patient only even though the couple in front us both go to go in so I guess it pick and choose which couples don't get to go in together.nnYou can rest assured if i or anyone I know needs service like you offer I will be going somewhere else even if that means paying out of pocket. I am also debating if I am going to move my wife to somewhere else if she needs surgery and PT. A place that actually cares about their patients and doesn't pick and choose which couples can go in together and which ones don't get to. Part of me wonders if its because the couple in front of us where both white and my wife is Hispanic.

I was sent to NM Orthopedics when my 1½ year old son recently injured his leg and needed a cast. We had been to his pediatrician 3 times and taken x-rays at the hospital and still had not gotten any solid answers as to what was going on with him. We ended up at NMO because they had appointments available extremely quickly. I was very impressed with the facilities and the general kindness and professionalism of every staff member we came into contact with. We saw 2 doctors, and both were fantastic, but I really have to recommend Dr. Refsland in particular. He was very professional and knowledgeable, took the time to keep me well informed about what was going on with my son and why he was choosing the specific course of treatment he was; but was also very gentle and personable with me AND my son. The cast technicians were absolutely wonderful (and it's not easy to saw a cast of such a small child) and really went the extra mile to make my son as comfortable as possible with the experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking for ANY service they provide. They strive for excellence in their profession AND their customer service and it really shows.

Plenty of room to socially distanced and efficiently run so you don't spend too much time waiting inside.

I saw Dr. Kiburtz for my knee. He has an excellent bedside manner, explains everything very well and starts with conservative treatments before jumping into surgery. He is amazingly talented at giving cortisone shots too! If you’re a runner like me and are having issues, definitely go see him.
