Sean is a life saver! His professional techniques with the back/spine incorporated with stabilization/strength training have literally relieved many years of chronic pain that needles & painful injections couldn't do. My body feels amazing & healthier since going to Paradigm. A bummer the Bernalillo location closed permanently though but worth the trip to the South Valley location to see my favorite PT. They were trying to charge me $50 dollars because I had to reschedule my daughter appointment. And the supervisor advised that her front staff called and left a detailed message. I read the voice mail back to her because voicemail can be read thanks to iPhones. So than she advised that I can reschedule and the $50 dollars would be waived. I told her that I didn’t want to schedule I will take my business some place else.

No handicap entrance! Makes no sense to have a business that caters to people that are disabled, yet do not have disability accessibility! The door is heavy. They can see you struggling with it, yet no one helps. I've made complaints to staff & therapists to be told, they have received several complaints about it but yet when reported to management, the owner doesn't want to pay for it. Ethically wrong! Maybe you should find another line of business then. Physical therapists are good, but I hate to be bounced around all of them. It bugged me to have to repeatedly explain myself & situation to all of them.

Ok, my first review was about the impossibility of getting an appointment. Since I posted that review, the clinic manager called me immediately and apologized. We got an appointment and from then on everything was outstanding. Excellent clinical care, great people, and they seem to have fixed whatever their front-end customer service issues were.

Worst possible customer service - They never answer the phone, never return phone calls. I went into the lobby to verify someone actually worked there, called them from my cell phone and watched them sit and talk to each other instead of answering the phone - and left a message which they never returned. Don't go there!
