Now open and we are hoping they love Two Pennies Animation from Hollywood.
They showed a movie I wanted to see. I paid $4 and went in. Didn't get anything to eat or drink but the popcorn smelled good. (When doesn't popcorn smell good?) Sat down, watched 'Joker' (good, but overrated) and left. Nothing crawled on me (that I know of) and nothing bit me. I'll be back.
It had been at least 5-7 years since I had been to a movie at the Video 4 - Allen Theaters. I was pleasantly surprised that they have remodeled their bathrooms, painted the inside of the lobby, moved the ticket sales to the concession stand, and replaced the theater seating. It was a joy. The four of us watched a movie and shared a large popcorn. Plus, we purchased a large drink... It was a total of $27, which is obviously significantly cheaper than other theaters.
My friends and I call this place the cheap seats but dont let that fool you. Very new looking interior. Just a bit smaller screens but still that wonderful quality of video. Usually plays the movies that were big hits in the bigger theaters once they bring in new blockbusters.
The staff was so kind and helpful with my four kids. We'll be back. It's a little old and not updated. It didn't bother me.
