Riverpoint Family, Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry

I had the same dentist for about 30 years, our whole family went to see him and I totally trusted him. When he retired, finding a new dentist was a scary prospect. I tried a couple of dental offices and just never felt comfortable. My sister-in-law found this place, they treated her well, then she referred my sister who referred me. From the second I walked in I felt at ease. The staff are warm and make you feel welcome. They are very well organized and communicative. The dental clinicians and the doctor were all incredibly professional and efficient. I felt comfortable and confident that I was in good care the whole time. I am so grateful to have found this place! Here's to the next 30 years! Haha!

Riverpoint did a great job! I was in and out with no hassles. Every staff member I interacted with was super polite and fast acting. Especially Veronica, she was very helpful when it came to the payment due! So kind and respectful.The doctor that saw me was also amazing. Overall great experience!

Today was my first visit to Riverpoint and it certainly won't be the last. I received a text to confirm the appointment two days prior to the appointment. I called that same evening. It was a pleasure speaking with that staff member. She asked me if it would be alright to answer some health assessment questions. I said certainly. Their office was protecting their patients and I certainly appreciated that. I know what it is like to be just a patient that comes and goes. I can't wait till I go back in July. Todays visit was for a prophylaxis with Hannah , my hygienist. She was outstanding. Throughout the entire time that I was there, she asked me if I was alright and if there was anything she could do to make my visit more comfortable. I met Boyd today also. He too asked me why I chose Riverpoint. I told him that I just had a wonderful feeling about their office. I was not wrong. After Hannah completed taking the radiographs, Boyd came into the room and we spoke. He did not rush his examination. It will be my pleasure to recommend Riverpoint to anyone that i think is appropriate. Boyd, congratulations on having an office with staff that are there for the patient! This Places rocks!. Very clean and welcoming Shy was so sweet when I called to get my next appointment. being i was undecided to get a crown.nCame home and though about it.I am not looking forward to this at all. I have have some BAD experience.nBut Dr. BOYD was very a patient, kind and explained things to me. I am going to go through the crown here soon. My hygienist was Hannah. She was kind and gentle. I am sure if they will take good care of me! I will see them next year.
